Kay Counseling Services is fully operated by Dr. Kewana M. Davis, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Anger Management Therapist (CART) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I). Dr. Kewana M. Davis is a national certified counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors - (NCC). Dr. Davis received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston-Downtown and Masters in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. She receive her Doctorate in Education Counseling from the Texas Southern University Graduate School for Counseling Education. Dr. K. Davis has extensive experience with reuniting families and children. Dr. K. Davis has worked with and in the public school system with at risk youth for over 14 years by helping with their transition into adulthood. She has also worked with various state agencies and public colleges to meet the needs of her clients.
Kay Counseling is dedicated to serving the therapeutic needs of the individual, couples and families. The counseling services are provided in a collaborative effort in a therapeutic setting to work toward the desired goal. Through Christian principles and psychologically-sound interventions, Kay Counseling Services has helped clients reach their goals to experience more fulfilling and satisfying lives.
